7.             Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celebrate Israel and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees that arise from your use or misuse of Celebrateisrael.com. Celebrate Israel reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Celebrate Israel in asserting any available defenses.

9.             Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to the State of Israel’s choice of laws. The courts in Tel-Aviv – Jaffa will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Celebrate Israel is deeply committed to the privacy of our site users. Celebrate Israel is the sole owner of the information collected on Celebrateisrael.com. Celebrate Israel collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on Celebrateisrael.com.
